Role: Associate Product Manager – Claims Platform
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Location: Mumbai – Work from office (Vikhroli)
Type: On-site / Permanent
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to work on Kiwi's Claims Platform. You will work on the complete claims journey — from when a claim is reported to when it is processed and paid.
What you'll do
- Own product requirements for claims workflows.
- Work closely with Engineering and other business teams.
- Convert business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Identify gaps, edge cases and workflow issues.
- Help build and improve claims products from scratch.
- Work across Motor, Group Health Insurance and Commercial Insurance.
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analysis, Business Analysis or a similar role.
- Experience working on tech products/features.
- Good understanding of product requirements and workflows.
- Strong user story and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working closely with Engineering teams.
- Insurance/Insurtech experience is relevant.
