We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client and candidate information. All parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the recruitment process.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the datavruti website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Reflion Tech Private Limited and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

datavruti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. We make no warranties regarding the suitability of candidates or guarantee of successful placements.
