Role:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React, Python/Java, and UI/UX development. The ideal candidate should be capable of working across the complete application stack—from designing intuitive user experiences and developing responsive frontend applications to building scalable backend services and APIs.

The candidate should have a strong product and user-centric mindset, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional, visually appealing, and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable end-to-end web applications.
• Build responsive frontend applications using React.js.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python or Java.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services, databases, and third-party systems.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

UI/UX Development

• Design and develop user-friendly, responsive, and intuitive interfaces.
• Translate business and user requirements into effective UI/UX solutions.
• Create reusable UI components and maintain consistent design patterns.
• Work with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI/UX tools.
• Develop responsive designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to improve user experience.
• Apply UI/UX best practices related to usability, accessibility, navigation, and interaction design.
• Conduct basic usability analysis and incorporate user feedback into product improvements.

Backend & Database

• Develop scalable backend applications using Python or Java.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries.
• Implement authentication, authorization, data validation, and security controls.

Development & Deployment

• Participate in the complete SDLC from requirement analysis through production deployment.
• Work with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and modern development practices.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, UI/UX, and Architecture teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong backend experience with Python or Java.
• Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on UI/UX design and development experience.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and usability principles.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies.

Good to Have

• TypeScript / Next.js.
• FastAPI / Django / Flask / Spring Boot.
• Node.js.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• AWS / Azure / GCP.
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG is an advantage.
• Experience integrating AI/ML or GenAI capabilities into web applications is a plus.
