About the role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help build our clients D2C growth engine from the ground up.
This is a hands-on role for someone who likes acquisition, lifecycle, experimentation and the messy work of turning traffic and leads into customers. You will work closely with product,
design, content, operations and external partners to build repeatable growth channels for client.
This is not a brand marketing or social-media management role. You will own real business outcomes: qualified demand, conversion, channel performance and retention.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Growth experiments: Test referrals, partnerships, retargeting, content distribution, lifecycle and other acquisition ideas to drive customer acquisition. We do not have a
fixed playbook.
● Lifecycle and reactivation: Build journeys for quote abandonment, incomplete proposals, payment failures, renewals and win-backs.
● SEO conversion: Work with the SEO agency to ensure organic traffic turns into quote starts, qualified leads and bound policies.
● Affiliate marketing: Evaluate partners, set up tracking and payouts, onboard affiliates, and scale the channel.
● Paid performance: Build SEM and performance marketing across Google, Meta and relevant channels - keyword strategy, targeting, creative testing, landing pages,
attribution and CAC.
● Creative execution: Work with central design and content teams to ship landing pages, ad creatives and lifecycle communication quickly.
Required Skills :
● 3–5 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital acquisition or lifecycle marketing.
● Experience in D2C, consumer internet, fintech, insurtech, e-commerce or another transactional consumer business.
● Strong hands-on understanding of:
○ Google Search and paid social
○ Retargeting and affiliate marketing
○ Lead generation and lifecycle journeys
● Comfortable with data, dashboards, spreadsheets, attribution and performance metrics.
● Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics or Amplitude for analytics; and WebEngage, CleverTap or MoEngage for lifecycle.
● Experience working with agencies, affiliate partners, lead providers or other external vendors.
● High ownership, energy and comfort operating in an early-stage environment.
● Clear written and verbal communication.
