We are looking for a Lead Designer who is passionate about shaping the future of enterprise software at the intersection of B2B platforms and AI-driven interfaces. This is a player-coach role where you will be both hands on with design and responsible for establishing and scaling the design function. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to design intuitive, impactful experiences for the BFSI sector and beyond. 

Responsibilities 

● Lead design strategy and execution across enterprise products, with a strong focus on AI-driven 

interfaces, copilots, and process efficiency tools. 

● Define and scale the design function, processes, and best practices. 

● Conduct user research, map customer journeys, and translate insights into design solutions for 

complex workflows. 

● Create UI/UX designs that are simple, elegant, and effective in enterprise contexts. 

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design is embedded in product development 

from strategy through delivery. 

● Mentor and grow a high-performing design team while remaining hands-on with critical 

projects. 

Requirements 

● 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with significant exposure to enterprise/B2B software. 

● Prior experience in BFSI or enterprise sector and designing for complex workflows. 

● Demonstrated work with AI-based interfaces, copilots, or intelligent automation features. 

● Strong portfolio showcasing ability to balance usability, business impact, and technical 

constraints. 

● Experience building and scaling design teams and processes. 

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
