Role: Product Manager – Customer Data & Identity

About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to own the Customer Data & Identity platform.
The role focuses on two key areas:
- Customer 360: Bringing customer information from different systems together to create one accurate and reliable customer profile.
- Identity & KYC: Managing identity verification, KYC checks, decision-making and regulatory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer data quality, accuracy and completeness.
- Improve customer onboarding and reduce manual intervention.
- Build and improve identity verification and KYC journeys.
- Ensure verification and customer records meet compliance requirements.
- Build scalable platform capabilities that can be used by other teams.
- Work closely with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations teams.
- Identify product problems and drive solutions based on customer and business needs.
- Work across data, product journeys and operational processes as the product evolves.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience owning a product end-to-end.
- B.Tech degree is mandatory.
- Experience in data platforms, identity, onboarding, risk, compliance or related products.
- Comfortable working with engineers on APIs, data models and technical trade-offs.
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication, documentation and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and evolving startup environment.
Good to Have
- BFSI, fintech, lending, payments or insurance experience.
- Exposure to MDM, CDP or entity resolution.
- Familiarity with DPDP Act or similar privacy regulations.
