Salary:
SSE : 3 to 5 Years - Upto 35LPA
Lead : 5 - 10 Years - Upto 50L
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Ideal Candidate : Someone who is not limited to executing predefined tasks but can understand the product, contribute to architectural decisions, and independently drive the development of scalable applications from idea to production.
Role Overview :
We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to build and scale AI-driven products from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the frontend and backend, taking ownership of product development, and making technical decisions that shape the architecture.
You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build scalable, reliable, and user-centric applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end product features across frontend and backend.
- Build responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React.js and JavaScript.
- Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations.
- Take ownership of frontend and backend architecture, technical design, and implementation.
- Contribute to building products and systems from 0 to 1.
- Make sound technical decisions around architecture, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain production applications.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript.
- Experience in backend development using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, backend design, APIs, and databases.
- Experience building and launching products or major features from scratch.
- Good understanding of system design, scalability, performance, and application architecture.
- Ability to independently drive technical decisions and take end-to-end ownership.
- Experience working in a product-based company or startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on engineering mindset.
Preferred Experience
- Experience building AI-powered or data-driven applications.
- Exposure to integrating AI/LLM-based features into products.
- Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage product environments.
